Lead time
All panels are made to order in Germany. From order to delivery, allow 3–8 working days (production and shipping).
If you need the panel by a fixed date, write to us before ordering at [email protected] and we will check whether we can bring it forward.

As soon as your order ships, we let you know by email. You can also follow your order in your customer account.
Packaging and transport damage
Every panel is packed in sturdy cardboard with protected corners. We recommend:
- Check the packaging on delivery. If you see visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before you sign.
- Take photos of the packaging and the panel.
- Write to us, ideally within 48 hours, at [email protected]. If something was damaged in transit, we will sort it out.
