Withdraw here from a contract you concluded with us online (Section 356a BGB). You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Declare your withdrawal

Here you can withdraw from a contract you concluded with us online. Fill in the fields and click “Confirm withdrawal”. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

It is in your order confirmation. If you do not have it at hand, the order date and items are enough.

Note: there is no right of withdrawal for panels with your own design or made to your measurements (Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). You can still use this function; we review every withdrawal and get back to you.

We only use your details to process your withdrawal (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). More in the privacy policy.

Good to know

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. The full withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form are in our terms and conditions.
  • You do not have to give a reason.
