In short
- Ready-made designs from the shop and accessories: 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. You pay for the return shipping.
- Panels with your own design or made to your measurements: no right of withdrawal, because they are made only for you (Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB).
- Damaged, faulty or wrong delivery: we replace or refund, at our cost.
- Guarantee: 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee on our aluminium composite panels, in addition to your statutory rights.
How to withdraw
The easiest way is the Withdraw from contract function: you immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to [email protected] or by letter to our address. The full withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form are in our terms and conditions.
After your withdrawal we tell you how to return the goods. Please pack them well, in the original packaging if possible.
Damaged, faulty or wrong delivery
If a panel arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, write to us at [email protected], ideally with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We replace it or refund the price and cover the costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Statutory warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. For consumers the limitation period is two years from delivery. For businesses, § 9 of our terms and conditions applies.
Manufacturer’s guarantee (5 years)

- Products: our printed aluminium composite panels.
- What it covers: material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
- What it does not cover: damage from incorrect installation, later knocks or impacts, and normal cosmetic wear.
- Duration: 5 years from delivery.
- Territory: deliveries to Germany, Austria and Spain.
- Remedy: at our choice, we supply a replacement panel or refund the purchase price. We cover the shipping costs for this.
