What this is about
In the configurator you upload your own design and set the size. We print it with UV direct printing on a 3 mm aluminium composite panel and cut it to size. Here is what applies. Our terms and conditions also apply.
Rights to your design
Only upload designs for which you hold the necessary rights: your own photos and graphics, licensed images or logos you may use. If recognisable people are shown, you need their consent. If someone makes claims against us because of your design, § 3 of our terms and conditions applies.
We do not print designs with obviously unlawful, violence-glorifying or discriminatory content.
Print files
- Upload the file in the highest possible resolution; print quality depends on it.
- We print the design exactly as you set it up in the configurator (crop, size, orientation).
- We do not send a print preview or proof. So please check the crop, text and size carefully in the configurator before ordering.
- For a surcharge, we optimise composition and resolution before printing if you choose this option in the configurator.
Colours and sizes
Screens display colours differently; in UV printing on aluminium, colours may therefore differ slightly from your screen. Small size deviations within normal manufacturing tolerances are also possible. Such minor deviations are not a defect.
No withdrawal for personalised items
Panels with your own design or made to your measurements are made only for you. There is no right of withdrawal for them (Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). We also point this out at checkout. Your rights for defects and our 5-year guarantee still apply; see Withdrawal, returns and guarantee.
Storage of your file
We store your file in a protected area of our server and use it only for your order. For reorders and complaints we keep it until the statutory warranty period ends; on request we delete it earlier. More in the privacy policy.
